Activation Lock can not be disabled on Supervised iOS devices

For a Supervised device, provided it's been enrolled in the Meraki MDM, if the Disable Activation Lock button fails to work, the Activation Lock Bypass code provided by Meraki MDM can be used as the password (with a blank Apple ID).
