Here are 5 key ways that our above.care™ Wellness membership helps:
1) Support Using our above.care™ Contact Menu
Asking for our help is easy. Located in the menu bar, click on the above.care™ Contact Menu (our Enso logo) to pull the menu down. This menu may change over time to adapt to your organizations needs, but using the Submit and above.care™ Help Request link is the fastest way to get a question answered. We normally respond quickly, but we may require some time if your question is complex or if we're really busy.
Note that we may invite you to allow us to help using our Screen Sharing system. This is often the fastest way to solve a problem or demonstrate something to you.
2) Keeping your Mac Healthy and Safe
Installed on your Mac, are state of the art software instruments that monitor health and wellness. Like a pulse oximeter or a heart monitor, they:
- can detect hundreds of different problems in advance
- automatically repair security vulnerabilities
- detect Malware, Ransomware, Viruses and other vunerbilities
- notifiy us of impending hardware failures
- keep all your software up to date
- run advanced maintenance routines at night
- keep you informed of their state, and gently instruct you on how you can help
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to please leave your Mac powered on, but logged out when you leave for the day.
3) Providing Safe, Fresh, and Modern Software Tools
When you need to install software for a certain business requirement, after the App Store, our Managed Software Center is a library of hundreds of beautiful, powerful Mac applications that you can install.
We safety test and update this library every week. You'll find everything from Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac, to the latest versions of 1Password for Mac.
Managed Software Center can be found in your Applications folder.
4) Enabling You to be Proactive
You can help us to keep your Mac operating at peak efficiency. In the above.care™ Contact Menu (remember step 1), use the Maintenance Manual Start menu item to kick start our deep health and wellness maintenance routines. You'll be prompted to click a couple of buttons to log out, and the process will begin. Note that it can take up to about an hour if the system has a lot to do.

As we grow our knowledge toghether, we update our Help Center with useful articles that will help you learn with us.
